You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account from AskJeevanGuru. Self-service deletion is available right now from your Account page — no need to email us.
What gets deleted
Deleting your data removes your profile, family members' saved birth details, conversations and Guru chat history, cached Kundli/report results, daily insights, notification preferences, your phone number, and your consent records.
What we may retain
We may retain minimal records required by law (for example, payment/transaction records for tax and accounting) for the legally mandated period, after which they are deleted.
How to request
Email data@askjeevanguru.com (update with your live support email before launch) from your registered email address with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. We verify ownership before processing.
Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete. This action is irreversible.
Self-service
Go to Account → "Delete my data" to remove everything immediately and irreversibly — you'll be signed out automatically once it's done. Prefer email? You can still write to us using the process above.
