You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account from JeevanGuru AI.
What gets deleted
On a verified request we delete your profile, birth details, chat history, generated Kundli data, daily insights and notification preferences associated with your account.
What we may retain
We may retain minimal records required by law (for example, payment/transaction records for tax and accounting) for the legally mandated period, after which they are deleted.
How to request
Email data@askjeevanguru.com (update with your live support email before launch) from your registered email address with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. We verify ownership before processing.
Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete. This action is irreversible.
Self-service
Account self-service deletion from within the app can be enabled in a future update; until then please use the email process above.
