Please share your registered email, a description of the issue, relevant dates, and any transaction references so we can resolve it quickly.

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, in line with applicable rules.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request escalation to a senior reviewer by replying to the same email thread.

Statutory seller and GST details are printed on the tax invoice issued for every successful payment, available under Billing history in your account.
