Refund & Cancellation Policy

Predictions and reports are guidance-based. There is no guaranteed outcome, and a refund cannot be claimed on the ground that you disagree with an interpretation or that a predicted event did not occur. By purchasing credits or a plan you acknowledge this.

Credits that have already been used to ask questions, generate reports or unlock features are non-refundable, except in case of a verified technical failure where a charged service was not delivered.

Unused credits may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact our grievance officer with your account email and transaction reference.

We currently sell the Personal Guru Reading — Complete Kundli (₹399 in India): a personal written reading of your chart in our Ganesha-designed PDF — nature, career, money, marriage and family, your current and coming dasha periods, and remedies chosen for your planets from our verified library — written by AI from your calculated chart and checked against it before delivery, together with the full charts & calculations PDF. It is not a consultation with a human astrologer, and guidance is given in periods, never fixed dates. We also sell the Kundli Matching report (₹699 in India). The Premium Kundli PDF is not on sale while it is being upgraded. A paid report is treated as delivered once it has been generated and made available for download in your account — normally within about a minute of payment. Each report purchased from 9 October 2026 can be generated in up to 3 languages; a language you already generated always re-downloads our saved copy at no cost. Delivered reports are not refundable, because the file is yours to keep and re-download. If generation fails after payment, we refund you in full, automatically and without a form to fill.

Premium plans are one-time fixed-term purchases (31 days or 12 months) — nothing auto-renews and no card is stored, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access stays active until the expiry date and then simply stops unless you buy again. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

If you were charged but the service genuinely failed due to a technical error on our side, we will restore the credits or refund the affected amount after verification.

If money left your account but credits or access did not appear, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, write to us with the payment reference. Verified duplicate and failed-but-captured payments are refunded in full.

Email admin@askjeevanguru.com with your registered email or mobile number, the transaction ID and a short description. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to decide within 5–7 business days.

Once approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method immediately. Banks and card networks typically take a further 5–7 working days to credit it; UPI refunds are usually faster. The refund reference is shown against the payment in your Billing history.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — direct resolution is almost always quicker. Where a chargeback is raised, we share our transaction and delivery records with the gateway and your bank, and access purchased with the disputed payment may be paused until the dispute closes.
