Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for JeevanGuru AI credits, credit packs and subscription plans.

Guidance-based service

Predictions and reports are guidance-based. There is no guaranteed outcome. By purchasing credits or a plan you acknowledge this.

Used credits are non-refundable

Credits that have already been used to ask questions, generate reports or unlock features are non-refundable, except in case of a verified technical failure where a charged service was not delivered.

Unused credits

Unused credits may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact our grievance officer with your account email and transaction reference.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it expires. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

Technical failure refunds

If you were charged but the service genuinely failed due to a technical error on our side, we will restore the credits or refund the affected amount after verification.

How to request

Email support with your registered email, transaction ID and a short description. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
