Payment & Credit Policy

The payment flow is currently in test mode for internal testing. No live charges are processed yet. A live payment gateway will be enabled before public launch.

New users receive a limited number of free Guru questions. Once used, you can continue by adding paid credits or subscribing to a plan.

Credits are consumed when you ask questions or unlock premium features. Your balance and usage are visible on your Wallet and Account pages.

Monthly and yearly plans include a defined allowance of questions plus premium features for the active period. Plans renew unless cancelled.

Predictions and reports are guidance-based with no guaranteed outcome. Used credits are non-refundable except in case of technical failure (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

We may update pricing or pack contents. Changes apply to new purchases; active subscriptions keep their agreed terms until renewal.
