Payment & Credit Policy

Payments are live and processed securely by Razorpay. Credits and report access are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. If a payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact support and it will be corrected or refunded.

New users receive a limited number of free Guru conversations. Once used, you can continue by adding paid credits or subscribing to a plan.

1 credit is consumed only when you start a new conversation with the Guru — every conversation includes up to 6 free follow-ups within 24 hours. Credits are also used to unlock other premium features. Your balance and usage are visible on your Wallet and Account pages.

Premium access is purchased as a one-time, fixed-term pass: 31 days for Monthly Premium or 12 months for a yearly plan. Your selected plan includes the conversation allowance and features shown at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically, and no further payment is taken for that purchase. Access ends on its expiry date unless you purchase another pass.

PDF reports are one-time purchases. It is not a consultation with a human astrologer, and guidance is given in periods, never fixed dates. Also the Kundli Matching report (₹699 in India). The Premium Kundli PDF is not on sale while it is being upgraded. Each report purchased from 9 October 2026 can be generated in up to 3 languages; re-downloading a language you already generated always serves our saved copy and is free.

Predictions and reports are guidance-based with no guaranteed outcome. Used credits are non-refundable except in case of technical failure (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

We may update pricing or pack contents. Changes apply only to future purchases; an existing paid Premium pass keeps its purchased terms until its expiry date.
