AskJeevanGuru provides AI-generated spiritual and self-reflection guidance for personal growth. It is intended for guidance and reflection, not as professional advice.

Free tools (Kundli, Panchang, Rashifal, calculators and more) stay free. Paid access is sold as conversation credits, where 1 credit = 1 full conversation with the AI Guru (your opening question plus up to 6 free follow-ups within 24 hours), and as one-time paid PDF reports. Credit packs are ₹49, ₹99 and ₹199 as shown on the Pricing page; buyers outside India are charged the fixed local price shown at checkout. Credits are tied to your account, are non-transferable and have no cash value. Purchased reports remain downloadable from your account.

The Premium plan is sold as a fixed-term access pass: ₹299 gives 31 days of access and ₹999 gives 12 months, each including up to 3 conversations a day (up to 50 a month), daily insights, voice guidance and a discount on reports. These are one-time payments — nothing auto-renews, no card is stored for future charges, and access simply ends on the expiry date unless you buy again.

Payments are live and processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. All charges are settled in Indian Rupees; prices shown in other currencies are indicative of the fixed amount charged. Listed prices include GST where applicable, and a tax invoice is available from Billing history in your account. Credits and report access appear in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment; if a payment succeeds and access does not appear, contact support and we will correct or refund it.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: used credits are non-refundable, unused credits can be reviewed within 7 days of purchase, a plan can be stopped at any time by simply not buying again, and anything you were charged for but did not receive is restored or refunded after verification.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
